O. Waldner Gold Edition. The J.O. Waldner Gold Edition is a blade dedicated to the most famous and legendary table tennis player of all times and in particular, to the 30th anniversary of his Olympic victory in 1992. The blade has the popular 5+2 construction: five wooden layers and 2 layers of carbon. Etalyra carbon is located around the core ply of the blade, giving it additional power and incredible feeling. The handle of this blade is decorated in the Swedish national colors: light blue and gold yellow. Although Jan-Ove does not participate in competitions, he still picks up the racket to play from time to time. His current setup is the Gold Edition blade combined with Bluestorm rubbers. Made in KOREA.
